TO THE EDITOR: After 37 years in Bedminster’s Hills community, I remain deeply grateful for the thoughtful leadership that has guided our town’s growth while preserving the rural character that makes it so special. For that reason, I am proud to support Colin Hickey and Rich Costa for the Township Committee.
I have known Colin and Rich for many years, both personally and through our shared service to Bedminster. They are hardworking, principled, and genuinely committed to our community.
Colin’s experience on the Township Committee has made him a trusted and responsive advocate on the issues that affect residents every day, from utility reliability and municipal budgeting to environmental stewardship and grant funding.
His willingness to listen, communicate clearly, and work alongside residents has earned my respect. When concerns arise, residents know they can reach out to Colin and receive a prompt response, informed guidance, and meaningful action. I also served with Rich on the Environmental Commission, where I saw firsthand his organization, follow-through, and dedication. His leadership within his own community, including major HOA projects that required careful budgeting, planning, and coordination, demonstrates the practical judgment and steady approach he would bring to the Township Committee.
Bedminster is a wonderful place to live, and I believe Colin Hickey and Rich Costa will continue to serve our town with the integrity, experience, and care it deserves. I encourage you to join me in voting for the team with a proven record of advocating for residents.
