BEDMINSTER, NJ — Following the announced resignation of Bedminster Township Committeewoman Renee Mareski, the Bedminster Republican Municipal Committee (RMC) is officially inviting registered Republicans to screen for the upcoming vacancy.
The Bedminster RMC is tasked with presenting three nominees to the Bedminster Township Committee to fill the vacancy on an interim basis through the end of the year. Additionally, the RMC will field a candidate for the November 2026 General Election to fill the seat for a full term starting in 2027.
Qualified registered Republicans interested in screening to be nominated for the interim seat, to run as the endorsed candidate in the November General Election, or both, should contact Bedminster Republican Chair Steve Parker no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2026. Interested individuals should submit a resume and a brief statement of interest to info@bedminstergop.org.
